Join us in front of Main Beach Boat Rentals at 10am for a Cold Plunge and intention setting with Lindsay Kay!

We will start with an intro circle, some Breathwork and then get into the water! Make sure to bring warm clothes to wear afterwards and a warm drink if you'd like to stay and mingle afterwards!
