THE RIDE
50min.

A high intensity full-body workout riding to the beat, in and out of the saddle. Tune into the music and let the feeling take over. Your Motivator will guide you through 45 minutes of work as a team and push you to your limits. Expect to be challenged with choreography combinations + movements to work the upper body & core.

Your Mamba Motivator will give you options for modifications throughout the class, making it appropriate for all skill levels.

THE EQUIPMENT
Shoes- Provided for free with every ride. Have your own? Our pedals are SPD compatible.
Classes may include a weight track- 2-3 pound weights provided on the back of every bike.

THE FEEL
A rush. An all-natural endorphin high, sweaty and accomplished.
