join us for a 50 minute full body functional circuit workout which includes a warm up, strength training session, group finisher, and cool down/stretch. Functional equipment such as kettlebells, TRX, bosu balls, RIP Trainers may be used, as well as free weights and barbells. This class will be adapted for all capabilities
